Individual desk review

A focused 60-minute session for one person. Posture, screen geometry, lighting and a written summary you can keep.

Workplace advisory

Ongoing advisory for HR and facilities leads — quarterly check-ins, fit-out review and onboarding guidance.

What is included

Intake notes

A short questionnaire to understand the room, the schedule and the goals.

Live walk-through

On-site in the Twin Cities or via video for remote setups.

Written summary

A short, prioritised plan in plain English — no jargon, no upsell.

Thirty-day check-in

A follow-up to refine settings once new habits have had time to land.

Common questions

What people usually ask before booking

Do I need to buy new furniture?

Almost never as a first step. Most reports start with adjustments, posture tweaks and lighting shifts that cost nothing.

Can you work with remote staff?

Yes. Roughly half of our consultations happen over video, with photos and short clips shared in advance.

How long is a typical engagement?

An individual review takes one hour live plus a written summary within two business days.
