Refund & Return Policy

Our work is delivered as a service rather than a physical product, so this policy describes how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled across the consultation plans listed on the Service Plans page. We have tried to keep it short, fair and easy to read so that there are no surprises on either side.
1. Booking and confirmation
A consultation is considered booked once we have sent a written confirmation by email and the agreed deposit or full fee has been received. The confirmation will include the scope, the agreed date, the location or video link, and the contact details for both sides.
2. Cancellations by the client
2.1 More than seven calendar days before the session
You may cancel any booked session for any reason and receive a full refund of any amount paid. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of the cancellation request.
2.2 Between three and seven calendar days before the session
You may cancel and receive a refund of fifty percent of the fee paid, or reschedule the session free of charge to a new date within sixty days. Rescheduling is offered first wherever possible.
2.3 Less than three calendar days before the session
Late cancellations are non-refundable, as preparation and dedicated time has already been allocated. You may, however, transfer the booking to another colleague or reschedule once within thirty days at no extra cost.
3. Cancellations by the studio
If we need to cancel or postpone a session for reasons within our control, you may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled session at the next mutually convenient time, with a small goodwill credit applied to that follow-up engagement.
4. Rescheduling
We understand that calendars shift. Each booking can be rescheduled once at no charge as long as we receive at least forty-eight hours' notice. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a small administrative fee, which will be communicated in advance.
5. Quarterly Advisory engagements
The Quarterly Advisory plan is invoiced per quarter. Either party may end the arrangement with thirty days' written notice. Sessions already delivered within the current quarter are not refundable, but any unused on-site visits scheduled after the notice period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
6. Service-related concerns
If you feel that a delivered session did not meet the scope agreed in writing, please tell us within fourteen days of receiving the written report. We will review the feedback in detail and either rework the affected portion of the deliverable at no extra cost or, where appropriate, offer a partial refund proportionate to the issue.
7. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method using the same channel that was used for the original payment. Depending on the card issuer or payment processor, the refunded amount may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement. We do not charge any handling fee for processing a refund.
8. Non-refundable elements
Some out-of-pocket costs incurred specifically for your engagement, such as pre-purchased travel tickets for distant on-site visits, are non-refundable once committed. Any such items are always discussed and agreed in writing before they are booked, so that you have full visibility before approving them.
9. How to request a refund or reschedule
The fastest way to request a refund, cancellation or reschedule is through our Contacts page. Please include your booking reference and a short note about the reason. We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day.
10. Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or operating practice. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was most recently updated. The version of the policy that applies to your booking is the one published on the day of confirmation.
